431 Port to port passing with the YTL-431 while I was exiting
Agate Passage, WA the YTL-431 was just starting her approach. YTL-431 is
assigned to the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. She was converted to and is used
to support the Shipyard Divers. Here she is alongside towing a Navy 50'
workboat, most probably up to the Naval Station Everett, WA (Contributed by
